About the Brazilian General Data Protection Act

Law 13.709, known as the General Personal Data Protection Act (LGPD), was turned into legislation by then President Michel Temer in August 2018 and will come into force in August 2020. Its purpose is to regulate the processing of personal data of customers and users by from public and private companies.

The Ah Duvido Portal will be, until the effective date of the law, in compliance with its requirements, especially regarding consent cookie tools.
